- All info on the packages, bear no trail to our website

- The packages are sent first class & are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.

- All transactions will appear on your statement as "Nochex" No trace of Lovesugar or details of product will show.

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will inform you & the option of a refund on the item will apply or to wait the estimated period to re-stock. Colours dispayed are not gauranteed unless stated otherwise. Similar substitutes may be dispatched if a specific item is out of stock.
